Our solutions

Three things that do the work

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) sanitizer

A sanitizer built on the same compound your body uses to fight germs.

Hypochlorous acid is the same compound the body's white blood cells produce to fight germs. Diluted HOCl solutions are used as disinfectants and sanitizers in many settings.

It suits turf because it is effective against bacteria at use dilution and does not leave a harsh residue on the fibers. People and pets can return to the turf once it is dry.

Concentrated pet odor neutralizer

Our proprietary deodorizing treatment used in Rejuvenate+ and Premium.

Instead of masking odor with fragrance, it targets the odor compounds left by pet urine in the infill and backing.

We apply it at volume through the proportioner so it reaches where odor actually lives. In Texas summer heat we adjust dilution and coverage, because heat accelerates both odor and evaporation.

Water

The rinse and flush that carries everything down and out.

Water does the heavy lifting in the rinse step. High volume moves dust, pollen and loosened residue down through the infill and out through the drainage.

It also helps treatments travel below the blades. That is why we prioritize water volume over pressure.

Every service is sanitized; Rejuvenate+ and Premium add the pet odor neutralizer, and Premium adds liquid extraction. Compare in our process table.

Safety & environment

Safe for kids and pets once dry

  • Products are diluted to label rates or our tested field rates.
  • Applied by trained technicians, never left for you to mix.
  • No harsh solvents.
  • Kids and pets can return to the turf once it is dry.
  • We work carefully around drainage, garden beds and landscaping.
DIY

Why not just use bleach, vinegar or soap?

Bleach

Used incorrectly it can discolor fibers, harm nearby plants and landscaping, and still not reach residue in the infill.

Vinegar

Changes how the surface smells for a while, but rarely reaches urine residue in the backing, so odor returns in the heat.

Dish soap

Leaves a film that attracts dust and dirt and is hard to rinse fully out of infill.

Scented sprays

Mask odor with fragrance instead of addressing the compounds that cause it.
