Question 1

How much does artificial turf cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

Rejuvenate, our deep clean, starts at $275. Rejuvenate+ and Premium are custom quoted based on your square footage, whether you have pets, and the condition of the turf. Pure Turf Care, our monthly maintenance plan, starts at $119/mo based on turf size. Send us a few photos and an approximate square footage and we'll reply with an exact quote, usually the same or next day.

Question 2

How often should I clean my artificial turf?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how the yard is used. Homes with dogs do best with monthly attention — Central Texas heat speeds up odor and bacteria buildup in the infill. Pure Turf Care covers one professional maintenance visit every month from $119/mo, and a one-time clean is available any time.

Question 3

What is Pure Turf Care?

Accepted Answer

Pure Turf Care is our monthly residential maintenance plan: one professional maintenance visit every month, priced by turf size from $119/mo. Every visit includes power broom and fiber restoration, debris removal, pet odor treatment, professional sanitizing and deodorizing, edge detailing, infill inspection and redistribution, and a turf condition check. It's a plan, not a contract — nothing to sign, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Liquid extraction and an antimicrobial infill top-off are part of our Premium service.

Question 4

Can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. There's no contract and nothing to sign — just give us 30 days' notice and we'll wrap up your schedule. Most members stay because their turf stays fresh and beautiful year-round, not because they're locked into anything.

Question 5

Is monthly service really worth it?

Accepted Answer

For dog owners in the Austin area, yes. Pet odor and bacteria build up fast in the infill during Central Texas heat, so a monthly visit is a useful starting point for regular dog use. Pure Turf Care includes deodorizing and sanitizing treatments in every visit, from $119/mo. A full odor that has soaked deep is a separate Premium service, not automatically needed every month.

Question 6

Is turf cleaning safe for pets and kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product we use for turf sanitizing and pet odor removal is pet- and kid-safe, and our process is designed for homes where the yard is part of daily life. The turf is dry and ready for play in about an hour, so kids and dogs are back outside the same day.

Question 7

Do you need to visit my home for a quote?

Accepted Answer

No site visit needed. A few photos of your turf and an approximate square footage are usually enough for an exact quote, and we reply the same or next day. If your yard has something unusual — heavy matting, drainage issues, or years of buildup — we'll let you know if a quick look would help.

Question 8

How long does artificial turf cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

Most residential cleans take one to three hours depending on yard size, turf condition, and whether you have dogs. A routine Rejuvenate visit is on the quicker end, while a first-time deep clean or Premium liquid extraction takes longer. Either way, the turf is dry and ready to use about an hour after we finish.

Question 9

What's the difference between Rejuvenate, Rejuvenate+, and Premium?

Accepted Answer

Rejuvenate is our deep clean: power brushing, debris removal, vacuum, and rinse, starting at $275. Rejuvenate+ adds deodorizing and sanitizing treatment with our proprietary cleaner — the best pick for homes with dogs. Premium includes everything in Rejuvenate+ plus liquid extraction and an antimicrobial infill top-off for turf that's overdue for a reset. Rejuvenate+ and Premium are backed by our Odor-Free Guarantee.

Question 10

Will cleaning damage my turf?

Accepted Answer

No. Our equipment and process are built specifically for synthetic turf — they protect the fibers, backing, and infill while deep-cleaning them. Power brushing actually lifts matted fibers so your turf looks and feels new again. Our Premium service goes further, with liquid extraction and an antimicrobial infill top-off when the existing infill is compacted or contaminated.

Question 11

Do you clean commercial turf?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We clean, sanitize, disinfect and maintain existing turf for HOAs, apartments, condos, dog facilities, gyms, training centers and commercial properties across Austin. Commercial properties choose the same three services: Rejuvenate, Rejuvenate+ or Premium, with frequency suited to use. We coordinate off-hours access and drying time with your property team.
