One-time cleans start at $275 + tax for Rejuvenate and $345 + tax for Rejuvenate+. Community-size areas are custom-quoted from photos and square footage.

Recurring schedules for property managers
Busy relief areas often need weekly or biweekly visits; lighter amenity lawns may only need monthly or quarterly care. We set the schedule by actual use, give you one point of contact, and send notice ahead of each visit so you can alert residents.
We work around pool hours, events and quiet hours, and give clear reopening guidance so residents and pets stay off the turf until it is dry.
