Artificial Turf Cleaning Across Central Texas

Central Texas turf faces more than foot traffic. Summer heat, cedar and oak pollen, limestone dust and humidity near the lakes all shape how an installed surface feels and smells. Pure Turf Cleaning helps homeowners and commercial property teams choose care for the buildup they actually have, from a shaded dog run to a busy training lane.

Turf Cleaning & Pet Odor Removal in Central Texas

Regional Conditions, Surface-Specific Care

The Hill Country and Highland Lakes are not one uniform setting. Exposed turf can gather fine limestone dust during dry weather, while tree cover contributes cedar and oak pollen and small leaf fragments. Lake humidity and sheltered courtyards can slow drying. We ask about shade, drainage, use and equipment access before recommending a service, rather than treating every green surface as the same kind of lawn.

  • Remove embedded debris and groom flattened fibers appropriately
  • Address pet-use odor through Rejuvenate+ or Premium
  • Assess infill before recommending liquid extraction and an antimicrobial infill top-off
  • Plan residential, shared-space and gym access around drying

Book a one-time clean or choose the Pure Turf Care monthly plan, from $119/mo. Commercial properties and gyms throughout Central Texas can discuss weekly or biweekly visits when traffic calls for closer attention.

Three services, chosen for the condition

Rejuvenate is the deep clean, starting at $275. It includes power brushing, debris removal, vacuum sweeping, a full rinse and sanitizing, with grooming suited to the installed surface. It fits turf whose main problems are trapped dust, loose material and flattened fibers. Final pricing depends on the area, condition and scope; the starting price is not a flat quote for every property.

Rejuvenate+ includes that cleaning plus proprietary deodorizing/sanitizing treatment. It is the usual option to consider when dog use creates odor rather than simply visible mess. Premium includes everything in Rejuvenate+ plus liquid extraction and an antimicrobial infill top-off when urine, bacteria and odor-causing residue have soaked deep into the turf. These are the only three services; recurring scheduling does not create a fourth package.

Turf care

Care for all six buyer types

Homeowners may need separate attention for a family play lawn, a pool surround, a putting green and a compact relief run. Tell us where dogs regularly go and which areas receive the most shade. A broad ornamental surface can need less frequent care than a small corner used several times a day. Putting turf requires grooming appropriate to its construction.

HOAs can plan care for shared amenities and community dog areas with a designated contact. Apartment teams may need a closure plan for courtyards that residents cross throughout the day. Condo associations can identify building access, lift restrictions and rooftop rules before requesting a scope. These are distinct access needs, not reasons to sell different cleaning products.

Dog parks and daycares should explain playgroup hours, relief patterns and daily waste routines so cleaning can be coordinated with animal access. Gyms and training centers should identify the turf system, class timetable and busiest lanes. Gym turf is carpet-style, so gym visits focus on cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting, and some indoor systems cannot accept an outdoor rinsing method.

Commercial and gym cleaning throughout Central Texas

Commercial turf care is available throughout Central Texas. Shared dog spaces, fitness lanes and amenity lawns use the same three services, adapted to the surface. Confirm your location and access requirements when requesting a quote so we can plan a practical visit.

For a heavily used gym or commercial dog area, weekly or biweekly visits may fit better than a household schedule. Discuss opening hours, equipment routes, water access and an agreed reopening window with the property contact. Cleaning must leave time for drying before users return. A recurring plan should follow traffic and condition, rather than assuming every business needs deep extraction at every visit.

Turf care

What weather changes, and what cleaning cannot fix

Heat can make pet odor more noticeable even when blades still look clean. Pollen and limestone dust can settle below the visible surface, while lake humidity and dense shade influence drying after a rinse. These conditions explain why a quick look from the patio is not a full condition check. Point out persistent damp patches, compacted paths and any smell that returns after rain.

We clean and maintain existing artificial turf; we do not install it. Cleaning cannot reconstruct a failed base, correct a slope or repair damaged backing. Mention known drainage problems and separate surface types before the visit so the proposed work stays realistic. Between visits, remove solid waste and loose litter, and follow the installation manufacturer’s care guidance rather than trying harsh household cleaners.
